Cancellation & Refund Policy

At Japview Tours, we want your experience to be smooth and stress-free. This policy explains how you can cancel your bookings and get refunds.

Cancelling Your Booking

You can cancel your tour up to 24 hours before the scheduled time and get a full refund.

If you cancel within 24 hours, a 15% fee will be charged.

This fee helps cover the cost of reserving a driver/guide and private car, which cannot be used by others that day.

Refunds

Refunds will be processed and sent back to your account within 7 business days.

The refund amount will reflect any applicable cancellation fee.

Refunds are made using the same payment method you used for the booking.

Important Notes

Bookings made for special promotions or discounts may have specific cancellation terms, which will be mentioned at the time of booking.

Once a tour has started, it cannot be canceled or refunded.

We strongly recommend reviewing your booking details carefully to avoid last-minute changes.
