Booking and Payments

All bookings are subject to availability.
Prices are as listed on our website at the time of booking.
Payment must be made in full at the time of booking unless otherwise stated.
We accept payments via credit/debit cards, PayPal, or other payment methods mentioned during booking.

Cancellation and Refunds

You can cancel your tour up to 24 hours before the scheduled time for a full refund.
Cancelling within 24 hours of the tour will incur a 15% cancellation fee.
Refunds are processed within 7 business days and returned to the original payment method.
Once a tour has started, it cannot be canceled or refunded.

Changes to Bookings

Any changes to booking dates or times are subject to availability and may incur additional charges.
Please contact us as soon as possible if you need to make changes.

Traveler Responsibilities

You must provide accurate information during booking, including name, contact details, and any special requirements.
You are responsible for having valid travel documents, visas, or permits as required.
You must follow local laws and regulations during your tour.

Health and Safety

You must inform us of any medical conditions or special needs before booking.
Japview Tours is not responsible for accidents, injuries, or health issues arising from failure to follow safety guidelines or local regulations.

Liability

Japview Tours acts as a tour operator and makes every effort to provide safe and quality services.
We are not responsible for events beyond our control, including weather, natural disasters, or transportation delays.
Liability is limited to the cost of the tour booked.

Intellectual Property

All content on our website, including images, text, logos, and videos, is owned by Japview Tours and cannot be copied or used without permission.

Your personal information is handled according to our Privacy Policy.
By booking with us, you agree to the collection and use of your data as described.

Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of Japan.
